The Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) – Addis Ababa Office has opened an Expression of Interest for qualified Sudanese companies seeking to be included in its database for future infrastructure projects in Sudan.

The initiative is aimed at identifying eligible Sudanese construction and infrastructure companies that may be considered for upcoming procurement procedures. Interested companies must meet specific legal, financial, and experience requirements and submit the requested documents before the deadline of 10 October 2026.

This opportunity provides eligible Sudanese companies with a chance to register their interest with AICS ahead of future infrastructure-related procurement activities in Sudan.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

1-legal status: valid business registration in sudan ( submit an electronic copy of registration documents).
2-Tax compliance: Valid Vat registration certificate (submit an electric copy)
3-Technical Capacity: Successful completion of at least one infrastructure project valued
at ≥ EUR 1,000,000 (evidenced via attached Annex 1).
4- Company profile: Profile/brochure in English outlining organization structures, expertise, and technical resources
